AIRG_RecieveReports

Accept AIRG Reports as an XML document, Railroad and AIRG Form Type like Form107, Form54, Form55, Form55a, Form56, Form57, Form78, Form81, Form97, Form98 Returns True if suceess and False if any errors

Test

The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.
