GetDefectData

Get Defect data by State = All or code, County = All or code, Discipline = M (MP&E) or O (OP) or S (Signal) or T (Track) and B (Blank Discipline) and X (Grade Crossing) and P (Positive Train Control), violation = All or Y or N and StartDate = [MMDDYYYY like 01012007 to represent Jan 1 2007 ] and EndDate = [MMDDYYYY like 01312007 to represent Jan 31 2007 ] Returns XMLDocument
